As our

Senior Business Development Manager

, you'll drive sales, build partnerships, and play a key role in scaling the company. You'll be at the front lines spotting opportunities, sealing deals, and making bold moves.

Full-Time ?45K to 50K

What You'll Be Doing

Find and close

new business deals

Build strong relationships with

vendors, partners, and clients

Lead

vendor negotiations

and get the best value for the company Work closely with marketing & product teams to align strategies Keep your eyes on the market spot trends, threats, and openings Represent the company with

confidence and swagger

Pitch, present, and push with data to back it all up

What We're Looking For

4-5 years in

sales, biz dev, or partnerships

You've

closed big deals

and hit serious numbers Help us in expanding Stores and liaise with event organizers and secure stall placements. Develop and nurture relationships with event partners, vendors, and organizers. Strong communication and

top-tier negotiation skills

Confidence that shows up before you walk in the room Strategic thinker who's not afraid to get hands dirty MBA Graduate
