We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Business Development Manager (BDM)

to lead and expand our customer base, farmer network, and delivery partnerships. The BDM will drive strategic growth, identify high-potential markets, and build long-term relationships to scale the GaadiWaala model.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand in residential societies, retail stores, and B2B segments (hotels, canteens, caterers). Onboard and manage relationships with farmers, ensuring consistency in supply and quality. Build a reliable delivery partner network and streamline last-mile logistics with field teams. Identify new market opportunities, regions, and distribution models for growth. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and partnership targets. Lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and field executives. Coordinate with operations, marketing, and tech teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor competition, pricing trends, and customer feedback to improve offerings. Represent the brand at community events, society meetings, and B2B pitches.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or related fields. 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in agri-tech, food delivery, logistics, or FMCG. Strong leadership and negotiation skills with a proven track record of business growth. Field management and team handling experience. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language. Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and WhatsApp-based reporting. Passion for sustainability, farming, and community-driven growth.
