Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Senior Business Development Manager

to spearhead the growth of our rigid packaging portfolio, focusing on

PET

and

HDPE

containers and closures. This role requires deep commercial and technical expertise within the

Cosmetics, Personal Care, and Pharmaceutical

industries 3-5 years, driving significant market expansion and securing high-value strategic accounts.

Review weekly sales performance vs targetso Plan visits or virtual meetings with key clientso Follow up on pending quotations & negotiationso Coordinate with marketing for product promotionso Submit weekly sales report to management Review sales target achievement (new & existing customers)o Identify top-performing products & customer segmentso Prepare customer feedback summary & competitor analysiso Plan monthly sales strategy and new customer onboarding plano Review overdue payments with accounts department Prepare annual sales budget & target allocationo Participate in trade fairs & exhibitionso Prepare yearly customer retention & satisfaction reporto Review distributor and dealer performanceo Plan expansion into new regions or product categories
