Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective clients.
Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and deal closure.
Manage and grow existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to create tailored client solutions.
Track, analyze, and report business development performance metrics to management.
Mentor and support junior business development team members.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
4-7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client management.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; knowledge of sales automation tools is a plus.
Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
