We're seeking a dynamic Client Servicing & Business Development Manager who excels at the intersection of client relationships, event execution, and revenue growth.
Client Servicing & Account Management:
Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients across events and lead generation campaigns
Manage projects from brief to execution and post-event closure, ensuring seamless delivery
Drive exceptional client experiences through timely communication and proactive problem-solving
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely invoicing and closure of payments
Business Development & Growth:
Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Thirsty Crow's service offerings
Pitch integrated solutions, including creatives, audience acquisition, and lead generation
Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and commercials aligned with client goals
Drive account growth, repeat business, and revenue targets through long-term partnerships
What We're Looking For:
5-6 years of experience in the event / experiential industry
Strong track record in client servicing, account management, and business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen
Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and timelines in a fast-paced environment
