Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the

U.S. and U.K. markets

through research, networking, and direct outreach. Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy tailored to each region's customer preferences and business landscape. Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the U.S. and U.K. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends, pricing, and positioning. Generate qualified leads through multiple channels (cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, digital campaigns, etc.). Prepare compelling proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations to close deals effectively. Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and provide regular reporting on business performance. Represent the company at international events, virtual conferences, and trade shows to enhance visibility and brand recognition. Achieve assigned sales targets and quarterly revenue goals.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5-10 years of proven experience in

international business development or sales

, preferably targeting the

U.S. and U.K. markets

. Deep understanding of Western business culture, negotiation styles, and decision-making processes. Strong network and experience working with clients in industries such as [insert relevant sectors -- IT services, SaaS, consulting, manufacturing, etc.]. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal). Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
