We are expanding our business team and looking for a BDM / IT Sales Manager experienced in Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other bidding platforms to drive new projects and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Generate business via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn.
Prepare proposals and manage end-to-end client communication.
Collaborate with the technical team to deliver IT solutions.
Build and maintain long-term international client relationships.
Track performance, update CRM, and prepare sales reports.
Requirements:
2-8 years in online bidding / IT sales / Upwork business development.
Strong understanding of software/web/app solutions or digital marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills.
Proven track record of closing international projects.
Target-driven and proactive mindset.
