Role Summary



We are looking for a

Business Development professional

who can

bring new clients, close deals, and grow agency revenue

.

This role is about

lead generation, client pitching, proposal discussions, and closures

for services like digital marketing, performance ads, websites, and branding.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting



? Identify and generate leads through: ? Inbound leads

? Outbound calls & WhatsApp

? LinkedIn & email outreach

? Referrals and partnerships

? Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and decision-making power

Client Pitching & Sales



? Understand client business goals and marketing needs

? Pitch agency services (performance marketing, websites, branding, etc.)

? Share proposals, pricing, and scope of work

? Handle objections and

close deals confidently



Coordination & Handover



? Coordinate with internal teams to: ? Finalize scope and commercials

? Ensure smooth client onboarding

? Handover closed clients to the client servicing team with proper briefing

Revenue & Growth



? Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

? Maintain a sales pipeline and follow-up tracker

? Upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients (where applicable)

Skills & Requirements



? Strong communication and persuasion skills

? Experience in

agency sales / digital services sales preferred



? Basic understanding of: ? Digital marketing

? Websites & online business models

? Comfortable with: ? Calling & pitching clients

? Negotiation & closing

? Familiar with CRM, Google Sheets, or sales tracking tools
