We are hiring for Leadership role in Business Development and Client Relationship Department and below are the details for the same. Responsibilities: 1. Sales Hunting: - Identify potential clients in the recruitment industry, including businesses and organizations seeking staffing solutions. - Conduct market research to understand client needs, talent demands, and industry trends in the recruitment sector. - Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the company\'s client base. - Present the company\'s recruitment services in a compelling manner to potential clients. 2. Upselling and Cross-Selling: - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling recruitment services to existing clients. - Collaborate with the recruitment team to propose additional staffing solutions tailored to clients\' evolving needs. - Strengthen client relationships by demonstrating the value of complementary recruitment services. 3. Client Servicing: - Build and nurture strong relationships with existing recruitment clients, understanding their hiring requirements and talent preferences. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. - Address client inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly. - Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the timely delivery of suitable candidates to clients. 4. Business Development: - Proactively explore opportunities to expand recruitment services to new industries or geographic regions. - Analyze the competitive landscape in the recruitment industry and propose strategies to maintain a leading position. 5. Sales Management: - Lead the recruitment sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve sales targets. - Set and monitor sales goals and KPIs, tracking individual and team performance regularly. - Contribute to the development of recruitment sales plans, budgets, and forecasts. 6. Relationship Management: - Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving staffing needs. - Conduct contract negotiations with clients to establish mutually beneficial agreements. - Liaise with the recruitment team to ensure client feedback is incorporated into the hiring process. Required Skills: 1. Proven Sales Record: - Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing recruitment sales targets. - Track record of securing new clients and expanding business opportunities. 2. Year-Over-Year Increase in Revenue and Net Profit: - Ability to show a history of contributing to the growth of revenue and net profit through effective sales strategies. 3. Upselling and Cross-Selling Proficiency: - Experience in identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients. - Understanding of how to leverage additional recruitment services to increase client satisfaction and revenue. 4. Sales Expertise: - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to secure new clients and maintain existing partnerships. - Ability to identify and understand the unique staffing requirements of clients. 5. Customer Service: - Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset. - Problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and maintain client satisfaction. - Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships. 6. Recruitment Industry Knowledge: - In-depth understanding of the recruitment industry, including recruitment practices, talent acquisition, and staffing trends. - Familiarity with various recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies. 7. Leadership: - Experience in leading and motivating a sales team in the recruitment domain. - Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruitment sales representatives. 8. Communication: - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in delivering compelling presentations and proposals to clients. 9. Business Acumen: - Strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities for business growth in the recruitment sector. - Understanding of financial aspects related to recruitment sales and client management. 10. Adaptability: - Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced recruitment environment. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and recruitment events. 11.
