Business Development Manager

with an IT/software background to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who understand software products and are passionate about connecting with potential clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound efforts. Understand client needs and present appropriate software solutions to address business challenges. Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to create compelling pitches and proposals. Nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship management. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the Lead Management System. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies

Desired Profile :



Strong understanding of software products, SaaS solutions, and technology trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience : 3 to 7 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT/software industry
