? Identify and generate leads through networking, market research, and cold calling.

? Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base in IT, data centers, and industrial sectors.

? Promote and sell UPS systems, industrial batteries, cooling solutions, and related products.

? Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

? Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.

? Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth

Team Management and Leadership:
? Manage and lead the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

? Provide mentorship and training to team members, ensuring continuous professional development.

? Set clear performance goals and regularly review progress with the team.

Revenue Growth and Target Achievement:
? Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth.

? Implement effective sales strategies to ensure long-term business success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
