We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive business growth across B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and proven experience in client handling and sales strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B and B2C markets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets Analyze market trends and competitor activities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Prepare reports on sales performance and market feedback

Requirements:



Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or sales Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven experience in client dealing and relationship management Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
