Senior Business Development Manager

Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals. Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies. Deliver sales presentations and prepare proposals for prospective clients. Maintain and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs. Mentor and support junior team members in business development activities.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of

5 years of experience

in business development, sales, or a related area. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
