Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our
dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic business growth, managing key client
relationships, and exploring new market opportunities for Trijit's innovative Cloud Solutions and Datacenter
Services.
Your expertise will be crucial in understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and positioning Trijit
as a preferred partner against key competitors. You will also work with cutting-edge technologies, including
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), to help organizations adopt scalable and transformative

Key Responsibilities:
? Strategic Opportunity Development: Proactively identify, evaluate, and develop high-value business
opportunities through networking, market research, and industry engagement.
? Solution Positioning: Present and communicate the value proposition of Trijit's Cloud Infrastructure
and AI-driven solutions to senior decision-makers.
? End-to-End Business Engagement: Drive the entire business development process, from opportunity
identification and strategic discussions to finalizing partnerships and long-term collaborations.
? Key Account Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients and partners,
ensuring consistent engagement and identifying new areas for collaboration.
? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Technical, Operations, and Finance teams to
design and deliver tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
? Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and
emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and identify strategic growth areas.
? Mentorship: Guide and support junior business development team members, sharing insights and best
practices.
Qualifications:
? A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
? Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in cloud services, IT solutions, or
enterprise technology.
? Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and their application in business environments.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage
with senior stakeholders.
? Proven ability to work strategically and manage complex business relationships.
? Highly organized, with strong time management, analytical, and prioritization skills.
? Self-motivated with a passion for technology, strategic growth, and emerging market trends.
? Prior experience managing key accounts or working with/competing against AWS, Azure, or GCP is an
added advantage.
