About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Business Development Manager

with 3-5 years of proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales handling across

India

. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build long-term client relationships, and a track record of meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities in the indian market .

Conduct

client calls, virtual meetings, and presentations

to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Generate and manage leads through CRM, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking platforms (LinkedIn, industry forums).

Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.

Conduct

market research

to identify trends, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, and client documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications



3

-5 years of experience

in business development, sales, or client servicing.

Experience in handling

India

client interactions.

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into revenue.

Familiarity with Hubspot CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales/marketing platforms.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.

Experience in

IT services, SaaS, consulting, or outsourcing industry

Understanding of international business etiquette and time-zone-based client coordination.
