Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a strong track record in IT Services sales. The role involves driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, managing enterprise accounts, and leading the end-to-end B2B sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT Services domain.
Lead the entire B2B sales lifecycle--from prospecting to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.
Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and competitive positioning.
Develop customized proposals, presentations, and solution pitches.
Work closely with internal teams (delivery, product, leadership) to ensure project success.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage CRM updates.
Track KPIs, forecast revenue, and present performance reports.
Ensure high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Adapt sales approaches based on market trends and client feedback.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
10-15 years of proven experience in B2B sales within IT Services (mandatory).
Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and closing enterprise deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
