The Role
Role - Senior Business Development Manager

Notice period: Immediate - 30 Days
Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients.
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
• Manage sales pipeline.
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
• Needs to travel for client meetings.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 4 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Possessing a Master degree in marketing (not mandatory)
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
• knowledge in ERP (Oracle / SAP) will be preferable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
• Mumbai and Delhi based candidates are preferred.
