Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, contractors, architects, and channel partners.
Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, project, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and business plans to management.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
5-6 years of proven experience in business development or sales in construction or real estate.
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel as required.
