Brief Description:



Demand projection, new business development, and strategy-making for timely execution of each project.
Manage complete project lifecycle from conception to execution. Sourcing & vendor development for the complete supply chain as required for the project.
Interact with Production, Design, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Engage with clients for post-contract issues and customer meetings.
Conduct periodic meetings with clients as per schedule. Participate in industry events and conferences. Conduct weekly project progress reviews. Closely monitor prototype development and create action plans to meet deadlines.
Maintain regular follow-ups with vendors and clients to ensure timely deliveries.



Proficiency in Skill & Work
Aptitude:



Should be able to track industry growth, forecast demand, identify prospects and products, and develop strategies based on the current
market scenario.
Must have strong presentation skills to effectively promote products and the company brand to all stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management is mandatory.
Should possess the right attitude to work in a team and the ability to engage with others effectively.
Must have excellent negotiation and networking skills.


Qualification:

B.E. ELECTRICAL
OR
ELECTRONICS Engineering from reputed Engineering College


Experience:



Candidate should have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Marketing, and Contract
Management.
Must have in-depth knowledge of the Bidding Process in Private, Public Sector Undertakings, and Government departments.
Experience in project handling within the Metro, Railways, and Transport sectors will be preferred.
Should be well-versed with relevant technical specifications and national & international standards such as IS, ISO, DIN/EN, etc.

Must have independently handled at least two projects from lead generation to execution, including customer relations for all
post-contract issues.
