Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and manage BDMs/BDEs to ensure consistent performance
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and institutional tie-ups
Handle key client relationships and enterprise accounts
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
Drive sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue closure
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion rates
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in business development or sales (EdTech preferred)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Experience in team handling and strategic planning
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in EdTech, Training, Healthcare Education, or Skill Development sector
Exposure to institutional sales, corporate training, or campus hiring
MBA or equivalent management qualification (preferred)
