Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with
Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Dealers
.
Develop and expand the
dealer and distributor network
in the assigned region.
Identify and follow up on
private and government project opportunities
.
Conduct
territory mapping
: application-wise, segment-wise, and potential-wise.
Plan, monitor, and ensure achievement of
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
.
Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and project execution.
Desired Candidate Profile:
6-7 years
of proven sales and business development experience in the
real estate or building materials sector
.
Strong network of
architects, contractors, distributors, and channel partners
.
Excellent skills in
negotiation, client relationship management, and strategic sales planning
.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
Preferably based in
Central Assam
or open to relocating to
Nagaon
.
