We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager (Female candidates preferred) with a strong background in B2C sales and a proven ability to connect with individual clients and families, understand their aspirations, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- B2C Sales (Primary Focus):
- Work closely with leadership to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Engage directly with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend VedAtma's services effectively.
- Build trust-based relationships through personalized conversations and consultations.
- Follow up consistently on leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Conduct virtual and in-person sessions as needed to close high-touch sales.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and secure referrals and repeat business.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of B2C sales experience or similar role engaging in high-end, luxury product line sales (e.g., real estate, luxury cars, Premier Education Advisors, Private Aviation Services, Luxury Wellness & Medical Retreats, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage high-value sales cycles and close deals with individual clients.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
