We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead the strategic growth of our products and services in India, with plans to expand into the ASEAN region in the future. This pivotal leadership role is centered around market entry, developing partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborations within the Indian market, as well as future expansion efforts.
  • Establish and maintain strategic connections with key clients, industry stakeholders, business partners, and government organizations to facilitate market entry, promote growth, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to devise and execute market entry and expansion plans using existing products and services.
  • Investigate and pursue growth opportunities within Services for Business sectors such as Retail/Merchandising, Outstaffing/Outsourcing, and Manufacturing.
  • Collaborate across departments with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and coordinated implementation.
  • Oversee marketing efforts to guarantee effective messaging, branding, and positioning in target markets and industries.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums to enhance market visibility and assert leadership.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across product, marketing, and sales functions to ensure that business unit objectives are achieved.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of business development experience with a proven history of client acquisition in Retail, Merchandising, Outstaffing/Outsourcing, or Manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with the R&D product launch process, including market research, customer development, and lead generation.
  • Understanding of Indias startup and venture ecosystem is beneficial.
  • A well-established network and extensive business development experience in the Indian market.
