senior-level Business Development professional

to lead growth initiatives across

Government, PSU, Defence, Education, and large enterprise segments on a pan-India basis

.

This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who understands

government procurement ecosystems

, drives high-value deals, and builds long-term institutional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead

pan-India business development strategy

for IT infrastructure and surveillance solutions Drive growth across

Government, PSU, Defence, Smart City, and Institutional projects

Own the complete BD lifecycle:

opportunity identification, tender strategy, OEM alignment, bid submission, negotiations, and closures

Build and manage relationships with

senior government officials, consultants, OEMs, and system integrators

Track and influence large tenders via

GeM, CPPP, and direct government channels

Provide strategic inputs on pricing, partnerships, and market expansion Mentor and guide regional sales teams to achieve national targets

Ideal Candidate Profile:

8-15+ years of experience in

IT / Surveillance / Security solutions sales

, with strong Government project exposure Proven success in handling

large-value tenders and multi-location accounts

Deep understanding of

GeM portal, PSU procurement norms, and compliance-driven sales

Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities Strategic mindset with a track record of revenue growth
