Position Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be instrumental in driving patient acquisition and building relationships with referring partners. This role focuses on lead generation, outreach, and converting inquiries into appointments. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong communication skills, capable of engaging potential clients and healthcare providers to promote JH Rehabilitation's services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion & Call Handling:
Manage inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, assess patient needs, and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
Conduct follow-ups on leads from Google Ads, Facebook Ads, referrals, and other marketing channels to maximize patient acquisition.
Use CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.
Business Development & Outreach:
Actively promote JH Rehabilitation's services to potential patients and healthcare providers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings as required.
Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers to drive patient referrals.
Participate in outreach efforts and events to enhance awareness of JH Rehabilitation's offerings in the healthcare community.
Achieve targets consistently and prepare reports on inquiries, conversion rates, and key performance metrics for management.
Patient Interaction & Coordination:
Assist patients by providing information on treatments, services, and appointments.
Schedule patient appointments, coordinating with the medical team to ensure availability.
Address any patient inquiries or concerns, providing a smooth experience aligned with our standards of care.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals and patients alike.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.
