We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated
Senior Business Development Lead
with 2 - 4 years of IT sales experience to drive new business opportunities and manage client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a
Sales Lead
to generate business through outbound and inbound sales activities.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation ? pitching ? proposal ? negotiation ? closure.
Identify new markets and customer needs for PerfectKode's IT services and SaaS products.
Identify and
generate new business opportunities
through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and events.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.
Conduct
product demos, client meetings, and proposal presentations.
Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and brand-building activities.
Guide junior BDEs (if any) and share sales best practices.
Maintain lead pipeline in CRM and report weekly progress to management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
2 - 4 years of proven experience
in IT Services / SaaS Sales (domestic or international market).
Strong understanding of services like Web, Mobile Apps, SaaS Platforms, CRM/ERP, Payroll/HRM solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build rapport with C-level executives and business owners.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
