Job Role: Business Development Executive - IT Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads via multiple channels (cold calling, networking, online/offline). Convert leads into paying clients through presentations and follow-ups. Responsible for consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals. Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships. Collaborate with the technical team to design and propose IT solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts to close deals. Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine strategies.

Requirements:

2-5 years experience in IT sales/marketing (Web & Software services). Strong record of lead generation and client conversions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Target-driven with proven consistency.
