Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented

Business Development Executive

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, software solutions, or AI products. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media platforms. Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT services or AI-based solutions tailored to their business needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, demos, and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1-4 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or AI domain. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of IT/AI products, services, and their applications across industries. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in AI, ML, or Data Science product/service-based environments. Understanding of RFP/RFI processes and solution selling. Knowledge of digital transformation, automation, or cloud technologies.
