We are looking for a highly driven

Senior Business Development Executive

with strong

B2B Tele Sales experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in

lead generation

tele-calling

, and client outreach. Candidates from a similar industry (Beauty, Wellness, FMCG, Personal Care) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

B2B tele sales

to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

Manage daily

tele-calling

activities to reach potential business partners.

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.

Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:

Minimum

4 years of experience

in B2B Tele Sales.

Strong background in

lead generation

and

tele-calling

.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preference to candidates with experience in

similar industry
