We are a comprehensive 360 degree media platform, with digital television (news, entertainment and talk shows), a print publication (high gloss) that covers the greater South Florida area, one of the highest trafficked websites in the country (per alexa ranking), and a strong social media presence.
Our ideal sales person should be self-sufficient, have a strong understanding of the sales process, and excel at cultivating both warm and cold leads, and building relationships. Our sales person will have two primary objectives (1) SALES: selling, and closing packaged/contract sales, and (2) COMMUNITY GIVE BACK: donating/giving away our services to non-profit organizations that meet specific criteria.
They will be largely independent and responsible for the maintenance and expansion of new customer base as well as various business opportunities. The candidate should be able to identify prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
We are seeking a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills, and someone with a presence who can showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending virtual events, it is essential that our salesperson be approachable and professional. His or her efforts will help us extend our local, state and national reach and impact.
Make warm and cold outbound calls, engaging out-of-the box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics,
Develop comprehensive sales packages that help our clients touch their customers in television, print, social media and online,
Generating sales results through lead generation opportunities (branding and marketing events, performances, distribution nodes) created by our community outreach division,
Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, detailed client book, and developing an active, repeat customer base,
Curating and maintaining customer and individual relationships by identifying customer needs and providing support, information, and guidance to meet them,
Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge to provide customers with detailed information and, answer questions regarding our products, services, and programs,
Identify up-sell opportunities and make recommendations based on information from our clients,
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and lead conversion goals,
Understand and communicate tools and resources to assist active customers with their purchase decision,
Proactively seek out and make recommendations for process improvements related to our communications platform,
Analyze, develop, and implement sales goals and plans as well as execute sales presentations and meetings,
Develop and implement a sales call process to productively manage your accounts within the business.
