Key Responsibilities:- Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients across IT and Non-IT domains- Drive end-to-end business development from lead generation to closure- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders- Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements- Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely closures- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities- Achieve and exceed revenue and business targetsRequired Skills & Experience:- Proven track record of bringing in new clients and generating revenue- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring models- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Ability to work independently and drive business growth- Strong network within the Bangalore / India market (preferred) (ref:updazz.com)
