Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
Understand and address clients' business needs and objectives.
Act as the main point of contact for client complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Assist the sales team in up-selling or cross-selling products and services.
Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
Study competition and market trends to find new ways to retain clients.
Set and meet sales and revenue targets.
Work closely with internal teams to address client needs.

Requirement and Skills:



Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with a problem-solving aptitude.
Ability to work well within a team.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
