Role Overview



We are looking for a

Senior BDE - NGO & B2B Sales

who is empathetic, driven, confident, and excellent at building partnerships. This role will focus on expanding relationships with NGOs, schools, hospitals, disability organizations, and institutional buyers.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and engage NGOs, disability organizations, and B2B institutional clients across India. Build strong long-term partnerships and sales pipelines. Conduct product demos, awareness sessions, and presentations for leadership teams. Draft proposals, quotations, MoUs, and impact-oriented documentation. Manage lead generation, follow-ups, and negotiation for NGO & institutional sales. Coordinate with logistics, operations, and support teams for smooth delivery. Visit partner organizations for trainings, camps, and on-ground outreach activities. Maintain Excel trackers, sales reports, and communication using Microsoft Office. Represent Torchit at conferences, expos, and NGO events.

Required Skills & Qualities



Strong communication skills (English & Hindi). Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel). Empathy, patience, and a passion for social impact. Young, energetic, and self-driven with ownership mindset. Experience in NGO partnerships, institutional sales, or B2B development preferred. Ability to travel and handle on-ground client engagement. Comfortable engaging with beneficiaries, NGOs, and field teams.

Qualifications



Graduation or Post-Graduation in any field. Experience in B2B sales or NGO partnerships is an added advantage.
