Key Responsibilities



1. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify and research potential corporate clients (B2B) who have active hiring needs. Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and industry events. Build a robust pipeline of potential clients in specific sectors (e.g., IT, Non-IT, BFSI, Manufacturing).

2. Client Acquisition & Sales



Pitch Remark HR's services (Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, RPO) to key decision-makers (HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Heads, Founders). Conduct engaging sales presentations and meetings (virtual or in-person).

Negotiate commercial terms

, sign contracts, and secure exclusive mandates for recruitment.

3. Account Management & Strategy



Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business (farming). Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure client requirements are understood and fulfilled properly. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

4. Reporting & Mentorship



Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM. Mentor junior executives and assist them in closing complex deals.

Requirements



Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in

B2B Sales

or

Business Development

. Preferred:Experience in the

Recruitment/Staffing/HR Consulting industry

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Skills:

Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales quotas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software.
