Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential corporate clients (B2B) who have active hiring needs.
Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and industry events.
Build a robust pipeline of potential clients in specific sectors (e.g., IT, Non-IT, BFSI, Manufacturing).
2. Client Acquisition & Sales
Pitch Remark HR's services (Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, RPO) to key decision-makers (HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Heads, Founders).
Conduct engaging sales presentations and meetings (virtual or in-person).
Negotiate commercial terms
, sign contracts, and secure exclusive mandates for recruitment.
3. Account Management & Strategy
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business (farming).
Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure client requirements are understood and fulfilled properly.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
4. Reporting & Mentorship
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
