Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve company goals.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and online platforms.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical) to ensure project success.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Mentor and guide junior business development executives as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of experience in B2B or B2C business development or sales roles.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online lead-generation platforms.
