We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join Remark HR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our HR staffing and recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Generate leads and convert them into active business accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for successful closures.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Maintain and update records of sales, leads, and client communication.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the Staffing or HR services industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Goal-oriented and self-driven attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (if any).
