Roles & Responsibilities

Handle outbound calls for lead generation and client outreach. Conduct cold calling to potential clients in the IT/ERP domain. Maintain call records and update CRM with accurate information. Schedule demos/meetings for the sales team. Follow up with prospects to convert leads into opportunities. Ensure professional communication and relationship building with clients.

Requirements

1-3 years of telecalling/inside sales experience (preferably in

IT/software companies

). Strong communication skills in

English (verbal & written)

. Proven experience in lead generation & cold calling. Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Immediate joiner preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,548.63 - ₹30,000.00 per month
