Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in line with company goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Lead and manage a sales/business development team to achieve performance targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while maintaining profitability.
Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and seamless onboarding.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic growth areas.
Track and report KPIs, sales pipeline, and performance metrics to senior management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales and business development (minimum 3 years).
Strong leadership and
