Senior Business Development Executive
to join our growing team in
Indore
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
B2B business development or IT sales
, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through
market research, networking, and outbound channels
(calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with
new and existing clients
to drive long-term business growth
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to
prepare customized proposals and presentations
Conduct
product/service demos
and meetings with prospective clients
Negotiate contracts
and close deals to meet revenue targets
Maintain accurate sales records using
CRM tools
Stay updated on
industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs
Consistently achieve or exceed
monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
3+ years of experience
in Business Development or Sales
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
Strong skills in
negotiation, lead generation, and relationship management
Proficient in using tools like
LinkedIn, CRM systems, and email outreach platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Nice to Have:
Experience in the
IT services or software industry
is Plus
Familiarity with lead generation platforms like
Upwork, Clutch, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
, etc.
Understanding of technology trends and client needs in the digital space
