We are building an elite sales team to expand our client base and channel partner network (CAs, MF distributors, SEBI RAs/IAs, insurance agents, wealth managers). Key Responsibilities


Client Acquisition & Sales


? Identify, qualify, and convert potential investors through outbound prospecting (calls, meetings, events) and inbound leads from marketing campaigns. ? Present TWC's offerings (TS30, Tradekeys, concierge services) to prospective clients in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner. ? Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly client acquisition targets.

Channel Partner Development


? Prospect, onboard, and nurture channel partners (CAs, MFDs, SEBI RA/IA, insurance agents, wealth advisors). ? Build relationships to drive long-term partner engagement and consistent lead flow. ? Support partners with product knowledge, sales pitches, and deal closures.

Sales Funnel Management


? Manage the full sales funnel from lead generation to closure and post-sale follow-ups. ? Maintain accurate CRM records, track activity, and report on pipeline progress. ? Coordinate with marketing and operations for seamless onboarding and customer experience.

What We're Looking For


? Experience:

2-6 years

in financial services / wealth management / investment products / BFSI sales. (High performers from other sectors with strong B2C or B2B sales background are welcome.) ? Skills: Strong communication, consultative selling, objection handling, and closing skills. ? Mindset: Ambitious, disciplined, and target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. ? Bonus: Exposure to wealth products (mutual funds, PMS, insurance, derivatives) or experience working with HNIs/affluent clients.

Compensation Structure


? Fixed Salary: Competitive base pay. ? Variable (Unlimited): ₹ Success Fee: Commission on every new client or channel partner acquired. ? No Cap: The more you close, the more you earn--no upper limit. ? Additional Incentives: Recognition programs, performance bonuses, and fast-track career growth opportunities.
