Marketing & Business Development Executive

to

expand our client base, drive outreach, and convert prospects into long-term clients

Role Overview



As a

Marketing & Business Development Executive

, your primary goal will be to

generate new business opportunities

through

targeted outreach

, build relationships with potential clients, and

convert them into paying customers

.

This role is ideal for someone who is

ambitious, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment

. You will be the driving force behind Scribble Scrolls' growth.

Key Responsibilities



1. Lead Generation & Outreach (40%)



Research and identify

potential clients

-- focusing on startups and growth-oriented businesses. Drive outreach via

LinkedIn, networking events, and professional communities

. Execute

cold email campaigns, follow-ups, and calls

to engage decision-makers. Maintain a

healthy pipeline of quality leads

using CRM tools.

2. Client Acquisition (40%)



Understand client needs and

present Scribble Scrolls' offerings

with clarity and impact. Conduct

discovery calls and meetings

to propose tailored solutions. Negotiate pricing, finalize service packages, and

close deals to meet monthly revenue targets

. Build strong,

trust-based relationships

with key stakeholders.

3. Collaboration & Reporting (20%)



Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to

craft effective pitches and proposals

. Monitor outreach effectiveness and

optimize strategies for higher conversion

. Prepare weekly reports on

leads, conversions, and revenue growth

.

Requirements



Education & Experience



Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business Administration

, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in

sales, business development, or client acquisition

(agency background preferred).

Core Skills



Excellent

communication and presentation skills

(written & verbal). Proficiency in

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace

. Strong negotiation and

deal-closing abilities

. Awareness of

digital marketing platforms and trends

(Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

Number of

qualified leads generated
