We are looking for a Senior Business Developer with strong agency experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. You should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and experience working with marketing, advertising, or digital agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and work closely with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
Create and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Represent the company at networking events and industry functions.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Business Development professional in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
Strong understanding of agency services and client needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
