We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our IT products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technology solutions, and the ability to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business growth objectives.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to align solutions with client needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Maintain sales pipeline, update CRM tools, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in IT sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Strong understanding of IT products, software solutions, or technology services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹61,000.00 per month
