Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Marketing Executive to join our team ,with a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing , a strong focus on using LinkedIn to network and research potential clients. Proficiency in English is essential, and the candidate should be passionate about international marketing .

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Identify potential employers seeking candidates from India. Marketing Campaigns: Design marketing and advertising initiatives to boost brand equity and awareness. Lead Generation: Develop strategies for generating leads, business development, and client outreach. Client Engagement: Schedule meetings and discovery calls with clients to understand their recruitment needs. Service Pitching: Present and pitch services to prospective customers. Proposal Creation: Prepare detailed proposals based on client requirements and coordinate with the operations team. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong client relationships. Data Management: Accurately record all client communication and interactions in a timely manner. Industry Networking: Attend industry events, seminars, and webinars to build a professional network and stay updated on recruitment trends.

Skills Required:

Candidate should have recruitment consultancy B2B business development experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities. Active listening and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B Marketing.
