We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive/Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. If you have at least one year of experience in business development and are passionate about advertising and branding, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients to expand the company's customer base Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop customized advertising solutions Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to clients Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform business strategies Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads Report on sales performance, opportunities, and market developments

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 2 year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (experience in the advertising or marketing industry is preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
