Job Summary:

The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for spearheading the growth strategy of the physical rehabilitation center by developing and executing high-impact business development plans, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving patient acquisition. This role involves leading outreach efforts, managing key stakeholder relationships, and mentoring junior sales and marketing staff to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in healthcare business development and a deep understanding of rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to increase patient admissions and expand the center's market presence. Identify and pursue new revenue streams, such as corporate wellness programs, partnerships with insurance providers, or specialized rehabilitation services. Build and maintain high-level relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, specialists, case managers, and insurance companies. Negotiate contracts and agreements with referral partners, vendors, or corporate clients to secure long-term business opportunities. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the rehabilitation sector.
2. Sales Leadership:

Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed ambitious patient admission and revenue targets. Lead the development of sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to healthcare providers, insurers, and community organizations. Oversee lead generation, follow-up, and conversion processes to ensure a steady pipeline of new patients. Mentor and guide junior business development or sales staff, providing training and support to improve performance.
3. Marketing and Brand Development:

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns to promote the center's services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and specialized programs. Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, and digital campaigns, to enhance brand visibility. Represent the center at industry conferences, community events, and networking opportunities to build brand recognition and trust. Monitor and enhance the center's online reputation through social media, review platforms, and SEO strategies.
4. Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary liaison for high-value referral sources and strategic partners, ensuring strong, trust-based relationships. Coordinate with clinical leadership to align business development efforts with the center's capacity and service quality. Engage with patients, families, and caregivers to promote satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, referral patterns, and business development outcomes. Prepare and present detailed reports on business development performance, market trends, and ROI of marketing initiatives to senior management. Leverage data analytics to refine strategies, optimize resource allocation, and improve outreach effectiveness.
6. Leadership and Collaboration:

Work closely with the center's leadership team to align business development goals with organizational objectives. Provide strategic input on pricing, service offerings, and operational improvements to enhance market competitiveness. Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring seamless communication between business development, marketing, and clinical staff.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A master's degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred. Experience: 3 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare, rehabilitation, or a related industry.
Skills:

Advanced expertise in sales, negotiation, and relationship management within the healthcare sector. Strong understanding of rehabilitation services, healthcare regulations, and insurance processes. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Working Conditions:

Full-time position with occasional evening or weekend work for events, client meetings, or conferences. Local and regional travel may be required to meet with referral sources, attend industry events, or visit partner organizations.
