Senior Business Development Executive - IT Services (Mobile Development Projects)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to join our IT services company, focusing on mobile application development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, generating leads, and closing deals in the IT services domain. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of mobile development trends, and the ability to establish long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Strategy:
Identify and target potential clients for mobile development projects across various industries.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Analyze market trends and client requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Generate high-quality leads through networking, referrals, and online/offline channels.
Conduct research to understand prospective clients' business needs and challenges.
Proactively engage with leads to qualify opportunities and drive them through the sales funnel.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on mobile development solutions that align with their business goals.
Proposal & Contract Management:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while meeting client expectations.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the mobile development and technical teams to align client requirements with project deliverables.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination between clients and internal teams.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on mobile app development trends, tools, and technologies.
Monitor competitor activities to refine sales strategies and positioning.
Reporting & Metrics:
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and other KPIs.
Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields
2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT services sector, specifically mobile app development.
Strong understanding of mobile development technologies, platforms (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native), and trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in mobile development projects.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) for mobile applications.
Established network of contacts in industries requiring mobile solutions.
