Role Overview



We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and driven

Senior BDE - International Sales

to expand Torchit's global footprint. This role requires strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build long-term international relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, engage, and onboard international distributors, partners, NGOs, government bodies, and disability organizations. Develop country-specific sales strategies and partnership pipelines. Conduct virtual demos, training sessions, and product presentations for global partners. Prepare proposals, quotations, sales reports, and market research documents. Manage international communication, follow-ups, and negotiations with professionalism. Coordinate with logistics, operations, and production for export orders. Represent Torchit in global exhibitions, conferences, and trade fairs. Maintain CRM and reporting dashboards using MS Office tools. Ensure strong after-sales support and relationship management.

Required Skills & Qualities



Strong written and spoken communication

, especially in professional international communication.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

(PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Empathy and purpose-driven mindset

toward disability inclusion.

Young, energetic, confident

and comfortable speaking with international stakeholders. Experience in international sales, exports, or global partnerships preferred. Ability to work independently, handle deadlines, and manage multiple countries/regions. Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Qualifications



Graduation or Post-Graduation in any field. Experience in International Sales / Export Sales / Global Business Development is an advantage.
