Salary Range: 35,000 - 50000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating and qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in building a strong sales pipeline. This role plays a key part in driving business growth and expanding market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, and other digital channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads for further follow-up.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture and convert leads.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, and MS Office.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in lead generation, sales, telemarketing, or business development is an added advantage.
