The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's client base and achieving revenue targets. --- Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services and solutions Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and referrals Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimations Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs Mentor and guide junior business development executives
